Sign a contract

To secure your child's place you are required to sign a Childcare Contract and pay 2 weeks deposit. If you then decide not take up your reserved place your deposit will be forfeited. If for any reason we are unable to take your child as agreed the full amount will be refundable. The deposit will come off your first month’s invoice.

Places can be secured in advance if we know some children will be leaving us to go to school. We do operate a waiting list and places are limited, so we encourage parents to plan well ahead of time.

3 Settling-in Sessions

It is important that support both the parents and the child with their transition into the setting.

Each new child entering the setting will have three free settling-in sessions to ease the transition.

The first 1 hour session is with parents and child. In this sessions we discuss their child's care and development to ensure we have the essental information prior to the first day of care. We then ask you to complete an 'All about me' form before the next session.

The second 2 hour session will be with the child on their own. We will be focusing on the child. Getting to know the child better and helping them get used to us and the setting.

Two sessions maybe enough for some children and parents but if not we also offer a third free 4 hour settling session with the child.
